J & S Fried Dough has been in business for 10 years and is run by Joe Albano and Steve Ventura, As cousins, we set out to make the fried dough we grew up eating. Starting small, we tested our product at the Rochester Public Market.

It was a hit and the company has grown since then which includes serving at the following College events:

We also cater for all types of corporate events and private parties:

Our menu includes: fried dough/dough nuggets, funnel cake/funnel fingers, garlic nuggets, fried oreo’s, chips ahoy and twinkies as well as fresh squeezed lemonade.
