J & S Fried Dough has been in business for 10+ years and is run by Joe Albano and Steve Ventura; as cousins, we set out to make the fried dough we grew up eating. Starting small, we tested our product at the Rochester Public Market.

It was a hit, and the company has grown since then, which includes serving at the following College events:

Our menu includes fried dough/dough nuggets, funnel cake/funnel fingers, garlic nuggets, fried Oreos, chips, ahoy, and Twinkies, as well as fresh squeezed lemonade.
